The Partnership Forum's founder, Elspeth Berry, and a speaker at our 2021 conference, Oliver Bullough, both gave evidence to the Public Bill Committee on the provisions of the Economic Crime Bill, including on the provisions relating to limited partnerships (and, in due course, to LLPs).
